Positive, The staff was super helpful, even providing Christmas treats to our room. The breakfast had a great selection, though it was a bit busy. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient and inexpensive.

Dogs are welcome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a really comfortable time at this hotel and would like to stay there on the next trip. It was stylish and comfortable venue overall, everything was very good, I would give it other than 4 stars. The service offered was exceptional.

Breakfast options were excellent, but the location is quite far from the city center.

Very good service, silent comfort room with tea, bath, free bottle of water. Comfortable and ideal location in Aachen, very close to historical city center, and Tivoli. Again, walking distance to New Tivoli Stadium.

At breakfast I didn't like the coffee and the mixed fruit for breakfast.

Perfect for Short Gets Away

The cute smile from the reception set a pleasant tone. The Sunday breakfast was a feast, with fresh choices that fueled our day of exploring Aachen's charm.

The hotel's location was a bit tricky for those without a car, as it was not very close to the city center. Noise from the main road also proved distracting at times.

An excellent stay in one of my favourite German towns - the staff were highly professional and we will recommend it to friends.

My stay included a spacious room with a nice bathtub. The hotel's proximity to the motorway is a real perk.

Beware, parking fees can surprise you. I encountered communication issues during check-out, frustrating after a pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was fine, too. Breakfast was good and rich. For parking you have to pay 6 Euro, but there are a lot of parking spaces which are secured by two barriers.

A small fridge in room wouldn't be bad.

The room was relatively large and quietly situated to the rear. We had two separate, very large and good beds as requested. We were in this hotel for the second time and were again impressed by the excellent quality of the breakfast.
